It doesn't run without the servers. Not much more than a program that creates a box that says it failed to connect to servers. I don't think it even counts towards your Steam level.

Thanks for the reply however I did manage to get it in the end. As a game collector I don't care if they don't work as long as they aren't too much money that is.

I backed it on Kickstarter, It doesn't work in my case, it is a pity.
