Pretty easy to see who the developpers are now. They are right under the small description at the top right.

I'm not sure what to expect from this game, but Mindy's Arc was an alright TD. Though, Demon Civil War was kind of just a generic dungeon crawler, mostly just there to tell a story.

I completely forgot SakuraGame was a thing. I think those are the games you reffered to? I thought you were talking about Winged Cloud, which makes Visual Novels. But yeah no, Winged Sakura Game is its own thing.

Sakura Beach, Sakura Spirit, Sakura Fantasy and the like are 100% sex appeal, and in Japan's D or Z rating (explicit leaves-nothing-to-the-imagination garbage. I wouldn't know, I haven't actually played the games myself)
Hong has been in the vicinity of what Japan would call a C rating (ecchi content).

It's definitely along the lines of harem anime jokes, so if that's not your thing, you might want to wait for a gameplay video on youtube.
