Location of Dee's Letter in the Tower of London
I searched the place twice, and I can't find it.
It's so spooky, I don't want to go again! XD

Dee's letter isn't inside the Tower of London itself, its actually on the boat at the pier that has the catwalk going across to it, you have to use the hacking upgrade on the scanner to access it.

Geez, I could have spared myself all that scary times? I didn't even consider the Thames area a part of the Tower of London map, but yeah, I guess it is. Of course, the boat. No wonder I couldn't recall finding it in the tower.

Yeah, don't worry i did the same thing when i went through the tower before it occured to me that i hadn't been onto that boat.
