thoughts and comparing zombi to dying light

feels like dying light without gameworks

i like it more then dying light which is saying a lot cause i liked that game too

runs really well on my machine click on profile to see specs

i have no idea how or why this game didnt do very well on the wii U maybe the systems fault

Uplay doesnt brother me cause its nothing like GFWL

if zombi 2 came out i would probably buy it if u can see the games i own i dont buy ubisoft games often

I think of Zombi (I have the PS4 version on the go at the moment and have just purchased the PC version, too), as a far more friendly, easier-to-play version of Dying Light. Don't get me wrong; I love Dying Light, but Zombi is definitely, for me, a much easier version of a similar idea.

I had always hoped to see ZombiU ported out to other platforms, so I'm delighted it's made its way to XBoxOne, PS4 and PC. It's a great little game, very entertaining and, imo, its plays really well for those, shall we say, 'less confident' players such as myself.

It was a launch title, and people naturally expected it to be a shooter like Halo or Call of Duty. Something that sells the console to the shooter crowd. Instead it was a hardcore survival horror game, slow and meticulous - which prompted some media outlets (I think gamespot specifically) to give it a score of around 4.

While it got generally good to great reviews otherwise, somehow its reputation shifted in the publics eye to be a disappointment - not helped by the fact that the game had the thankless job of convincing the public that the WiiU was indeed the next generation of hardware and capable of generating amazing graphics impossible on X360/PS3.

So, it flopped commercially. But over time it got a small but strong following of fans, since basically everyone who actually gave the game a chance seems to love it. Pretty easy actually, since it is basically Dark Souls in a Zombie Apocalypse. Which is amazing.

Two completly different games. Dying light isn't bad but it is war more focused on fighting and envoirement where Zombi is focused on survival and dangerous situations.

I don't know what you mean when you describe Uplay as 'gay'. It does a perfectly good job for me, has done for years. I see nothing 'gay' about it at all.

There are valid comparisons to be made between Zombi - a zombie survival horror game - and Dying Light, also a zombie survival horror game. If you can't recognise those obvious comparisons then I suggest you rexamine your understanding of what a zombie survival horror game is.

For the record, I love both games; they share some similarities in themes and gameplay, but each takes its own path through the genre and has its own personality as a result.

And discussion of MP in either game is a total irrelevance to me as I never play MP in any game. I'm only ever interested in the SP experience - and both of these excellent games have great examples of SP.

i only did co op on dying light but not much i didnt do the other ♥♥♥♥

not sure what other zombie game you could compare zombi to
