Zombi is a good alternative for those who doesnt have the WiiU version.
They changed too much on this version and the only thing better is the resolution and frame rate.
Overal, the game still looks better on WiiU. The PC version is missing some lighting effects that will let you down if you played on WiiU.
The game was also made A LOT easier in several aspects.
Is it worth it ? NO .... a complete RIP-OFF.
They say they are looking into it. Yeah, thanks for keeping the suckers who bought this piece of garbage well informed about that. Next year, they'll still be saying "were looking into it".
I'm afraid these aren't PC problems, however. By all accounts, the same bugs plagued the Wii-U version 2 years ago. Ubisoft didn't bother to fix them.
I hit the crash issues only when I got 6 hours game play in, and despite following the suggestions in help and support, I coudn't get the game to work (crash when returning to place of death was my issue).
I asked for a refund, explained why I had played for more than the 2 hours, was refused, made a second application and asked that Steam at least acknowledge the issue - I got the same bot refusal as I had played more than 2 hours. Review written - "don't buy the game"
I saw a few posts suggestting the game had been patched, tried it again, now no crashes. Review changed to "maybe worth a try".
Playing last night ended up at the kidbap/gladiatorial bit with no other way past and my reflexes aren't up to the job. Review changed back to "don't buy" as I don't like the linear micromanaged boss game approach now and it's all got rather boring...
Still not sure if it's worth it? Buy Dead Island instead - much more fun for your money.
