Island of Whispers 96%

I'm trying to get 100% on Island of Whispers. I have all 10 cursed skulls and all 4 heart pieces. I have completed all the challenges for the island but still only have 96%. Is there anything I am missing?

Same about me:
1. All skulls found
2. All heart pieces found
3. All chests visible on map found (including one hidden under bed and one that you need to take from the other side of the house).

Well, when I left Island of Whispers and checked on map it was 100%

For anyone who's frustrated with this, it's more or less like topolskiego said: it'll become 100% on its own later (for me, was after beating the game, when I also got 100% total)

Bumping this to say going back and re-reading the graves/books in the village is what triggered the 100% for me. Figured that out from a youtube walkthrough.

You have to read the 3 notes in Creation n° 1 cave, too

Maybe read the tombstone in the southernmost house in the village, I was missing a secret there.

It's a heartpiece. as you arrive just follow the right edge of the island until you come across the 2 knight statues on a hill, behind that hill is a wall that looks like a regular ahh part of the map, bomb that, destroy the grass in there and the heart piece will show

I know this is an old old post but, I was at 92% completed after finding EVERYTHING in this island - absolutely everything.

I was getting so frustrated until I found this post. After re-reading the notes, i FINALLY got the 100% completion!

It is INCREDIBLY frustrating because why should you need to go back and RE-READ sh1t you have already read? Anyway, thank you all for the post and comments. This is post is STILL helping us players out years later!! 🙏
