They are not stupid, obviously they have an exclusivity contract with apple, and that's where they get "more money", too. Just be patient, it will likely come out on other platforms a year from original release date.
That's false. All the devs who signed a contract with Apple were thrown tons of money for exclusively having their game in the Apple Arcade library. And i'm fine with it, as the game looks and plays flawlessly on my ipad pro 11" and even itouch 7.
The first oceanhorn originated on IOS as well, so you can be patient and wait a year or so until Apple allows the devs to release to other consoles.
