Game doesn't start. Anyone else?

Yesterday everything was totally fine, but today game just freezed and now I only get black screen with a part of Michael's suitcase. I tried to re-install it, but it didn't work

At the end of chapter 2. Technically it did appear after I opened the Dead Synchronicity steam folder for screenshots

Thank you for sharing this information. We will take a closer look at this, but in the meantime we'd like to ask you to do the following:

1. Start the game and play until this issue comes up
2. Access the install directory of the game and go to the subfolder called "Dead Synchronicity_Data" (to find it, right click on the game in your Steam library, select "Properties", select the tab "Local Files" in the new pop-up window and select "Browse Local Files")
3. Copy the file "output_log.txt"
4. contact [e-mail] with a short description of the problem and the link to this thread and attach the file to your mail

The "AppData" folder is invisible. To find it, you need to follow these steps:

1. Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Folder Options.
2. Click the View tab.
3. Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then click OK.

After sending this file to us, try if deleting it and restarting the game fixes this problem for you.
