How Quick do I need to be to cover the generator?

Hi - this may be something to do with my computer rather than the game but it seems that the brief moment to pull this movie off is too brief for me. I can either manage to cover it with the photographer's sheet OR the black bag, I don't seem to be quick enough to do both in order to protect the generator

Am I missing something or am I just not being fast enough?

Probably a bit late to usefully comment on but FWIW this was not an issue for me at all. Just stand at the ready with the black bag selected and use it on the generator first chance the game gives you; then pick the sheet and do same. Did not manage to be even close to being too slow; it's not really a brief moment.
