Achievement issues?

Achievements aren't unlocking or tracking for me. I've tried restarting steam, restarting computer, uninstalling and reinstalling, running as admin, checked for updates, and so on. Wondering if there is something more I can try or if it's possible they are bugged at the moment?

After completing the game once many years ago, I decided to replay it again and get the two remaining achievements (10 hours and 200 levels), but my progress has reset.
