Also why is it so expensive?

I would really like to mod the game, but all of the files seem to be in a single .saf file. Is it possible to open this file and export/import the contents of the file, or is the game completely unmoddable?

All you have to do is to go to your steam folder search for Steam.dll copy ,go to Feeding Frenzy 2 Deluxe folder and copy paste then launch game ,i had all errors posible from this game but i figured out ,just ask if you have any error and i can help you ,see you hope you will feel again the nostalgia :) ...
