Chicken Little player animation bug

So, when I try to play this, Chicken Little has this strange issue that I've never seen before, in any game, nor even the gamecube port. Sometimes, he'll slow down his animations, and start sliding around, to the point when I try to jump, he'll be delayed until the frame when he starts the jump. The jump is unchanged, but the animation holds things back, I can't even get past the first level on hard due to this, anyone seen this bug/got a fix for it?

You are probably using windows 10 which breaks the vsync (enable by default) of the game which causes it to run at high fps.Here is the solution
