Arma II Download blue screen crash on Windows 10

Is anyone else having this problem? I upgraded my computer to win 10 three weeks ago and all of a sudden my computer keeps crashing with a blue screen with IRQL_UNEXPECTED_VALUE
message cant revert Because i id a clean install . The only time it crashes now is when i try to install ARMA 2 from steam . As I am typing this DAYZ Standalone just finished downloading with no problem . I also downloaded Arma 2 OA with no problem .
