How to make this old game playable on Windows 10

You maybe don't know Feeding Frenzy 2 run on DirectX 7. That why it not working on Windows 10 and later because Microsoft ended DirectX earlier than 9c.

You need a DirectX warpper like dgVoodoo2.

1. Google search dgVoodoo2 (I can't direct link)

2. Unzip that latest stable version

3. Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Feeding Frenzy 2 Deluxe"

4. Copy and paste these file to main directory next to "FeedingFrenzyTwo.exe"

"dgVoodooCpl.exe"

in "/MS/x86/" folder

"D3D8.dll"
"D3DImm.dll"
"DDraw.dll"

5. Run the game

You can disable "dgVoodoo Watermark" in setting in "dgVoodooCpl.exe"

Also you don't need to copy and paste "steam.dll" because it weird.
