Please add subtitles so I can actually play this

Everybody says something when you first talk to them and it is definitely not what the text on the screen says and the bachelor is constantly mumbling ♥♥♥♥ under his breath and I have nfi what any of them are saying. Given how important talking to people seems to be, this is a huge oversight imo. Please add subtitles for all of the voice acting so I can play this properly.

The flavour text they say during interaction doesn't serve a purpose - the only text you need is in the dialogue window, sure it would be nice to be able to read what they say during those moments but usually it is nonsensical and has no bearing on your actions in game.

I'm glad I don't 'need' the text, thanks, but this game is all about immersion so it seems like an oversight. Also I have no idea how I'm supposed to work out that I don't need that text when I can't friggin hear it.

I just wanted to leave a comment agreeing with you. I played pathologic 2 with English text and Russian voices because 1) I think the English voice acting is not great (doubly so for what I’ve seen of quarantine), and 2) it helps with immersion for me. I found the lack of options for subtitles pretty frustrating even if the text isn’t “necessary” it’s still would be nice to understand

Seconded. They subtitled the Russian voices in Pathologic 2, so hopefully we will have it once P3 is fully released.

Yes, this was very annoying to me and i really hope the flavor text get translated aswell. I love the Russian voice- acting and it would be nice to understand.
