As the title says. Actual game is fine, but the framerate is noticeably jittery during the cutscenes for some reason. Any fix?

Imagine if all movies stopped being sold when the rights were moved to another company. Imagine a world where the last Evil Dead movie disappeared when the next one was given a new publisher. The preservation measures (or lack thereof) put on games right now is absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. It's absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that absolutely no Transformers games can be legally bought anymore. When I was saving to get this, it was removed from sale before I could get it, and now I'll never have a copy of it ever....
