Lessee... you can actually play challenges at a higher difficulty, and you may get weapon drops at a high level. You also should consider weapons, different autobots, and Techs. Get rid of his tapes, first. After that, his attack pattern is pretty predictable. Do the dodge and let him have it!

Guns can be used for the occasional cheap shot to knock down the health a smidge. Make sure you don't get too caught up with guns and forgetting to DODGE

Thanks guys! I did it by pressing control key when in car mode and driving around, arming myself with missiles and playing as Wheeljack. Now the only other issue i have is i finished chapter 2, now the game can only save at that point! Even though i made it to Chapter 3! Spewing!!!
