is there any way to download another player 100% save game for this game

i recently had to format my hard drive. i assumed like most games this game had a steam cloud backup for game saves. it seems i was wrong now im wondering if there is any way i can download someones 100% file. i tried downloading a random version i found on the internet but it gave me a message that the file did not match my steam name.
