I'm afraid that the PowerDVD 15 you purchased at Cyberlink web store has different license from the PowerDVD 15 sold on Steam store.
The product key or license cannot transfer/activate between these 2 versions.
I tried to enter my personal key on Steam and is not recognized.
Can I convert it to the Steam version? Would be more practical to me using Steam downloader for PDVD 15 Ultra...
Can you make your customers a gift and let them register to the Steam version too with their personal key?
(in case you have an older version of the software) And as if that weren't enough, the prices when buying the full versions aren't even comparable to that of their own webpage.
I own PowerDVD Ultra 15, 16, 17 & 18 on Steam and own two copies of each,
that's 8x PowerDVD Ultras purchased on Steam (I have two PCs).
Nowhere did i ever get an upgrade discount for being such a loyal customer.
I still went ahead and paid the near $100 price tag for PowerDVD Ultra 18 (x2).
Despite it costing only $35.94 as an upgrade on their webpage, or $59.95 for the full version.
(talking about getting ripped off).
My guess is they are doing this just to spite Steam users just because they can,
as there is no way they did this 4 times in a row by accident (15, 16, 17 & 18).
