as the title says Cyberlink released a new version of Powerdvd.
I would not advise to buy an old version because only god knows when Support will stop. I am on Powerdvd 10 OEM and I seemingly cannot play the German Bluray "Er ist wieder da".

This software is basically a subscription , whether you like it or not i discovered this since i got i think power dvd 9 for free it came with my blu ray drive, then Forced to upgrade as the website wasnt throwing more updates for 9 then i went to 13 cause that was the latest, I feel i wasted money in investing in a bluray drive as well as getting 13. This software should be treated like a game , Buy ONCE and get a life-time of updates to play the latest blurays ... better off getting a blu-ray player rather than playing it through the PC
