Video stutter
I can play DVDs fine with this on my PC, but trying a Bluray I got a stuttering video playing at about 4 frames per second. The audio was fine.

I'm wondering if my PC can handle Blurays. Specs:

Screen: BenQ XL2430T 1920x1080 @144hz
OS: Windows 10
CPU: Intel i5-4690 3.5Ghz (Quad Core)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB
RAM: Corsair 1600 8192MB DDR3 (2x 4096MB Sticks)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda Green 2TB
PSU: Corsair VW550W
Mobo: Gigabyte H97-HD3
CPU Cooler: Intel Stock Heatsink + Fan
Sound Card: Asus Xonar DG

You may check the Blu-ray movie playback by turnning OFF TrueTheater enhancement and turn ON hardware acceleration by FAQ steps:
