Illegal exception (0xC0000005)

Hey guys,
I am getting a crash of the game, when I enter the base through the entrance in chapter 6. It says the following:

An exception 0xC0000005) occured in ACWIN.exe at EIP = 0x0044EF47 ; program pointer is -1893, ACI version 3.21.1115, gtags (7,5)

AGS cannot continue, this exception was fatal. Please note down the numbers above, remember what you were doing at the time and post the details on the AGS Technical Forum.

Anyone knows how to fix this?
