Hi guys I made a file for 60 FPS problem . You can use it with copying games main directory . It is completely clean .

And it's really working 1:1 copy of original exe . Not like CODEX version . It's complete redump and doubling the original file size .

As mentioned in other threads , original game file is encrypted . So if you try to make those changes game won't open and gives an error . Until an official patch come , you must use CODEX's exe or this one for 60 FPS or more .

Well I just used CODEX one and it is working, but what is the difference between codex and the one you posted?

CODEX's exe heavily altered redump of exe . Even bigger than 20 MB . This one is same with original exe . Only difference is this one decrypted for modding .

This really works, thanks a lot. Makes game a lot more enjoyable. Framerate goes up to 300fps with my 1070 laptop. I just bought the game from british amazon, buy it if you need, soon it will be gone forever

If you know how decrypting works you can check 2nd section of Analysis .

Both files have same file size . So I didn't add any malicious code inside of it . Both .rdata , .data , .rsrc , .reloc , .bind are same . Only .text section decrypted for strip Steam Stub protection . Also with that way I could fix it for 60 FPS . You can't apply that fix to the encrypted exe file . Thats all , and have fun .

You see the space between mediafire? Erase it and use link. If download gives error just click "repair download"

Just downloaded it myself and checked the 7zip and the EXE separately for virus and found nothing.

So I'm back for finally trying it, but my antivirus went completely crazy.
I hope I did not make a mistake for trying this, and on top of that it just did not work at all.

no worries. It was alright, nothing super special. The last few levels were done really well. Gameplay is solid but with a paper thin plot and no substance a bit of a letdown overall.

I found the gameplay really bad from the start.

Way too chaotic with the 4 turtles at the same time + all the special attacks effects + so many ennemies + ennemies animations aren't very good so it's hard to read them and react.
I don't like the dodge mechanic and animations.

They should not have forced you to play with the 4 turtles, it was coold on paper, but the execution is really lacking.

I was aware of the poor level design and repetitive objectives, but all I wanted was at least good combat gameplay, and in my opinion it did not deliver.

I think 16Bits ninja turtles games and Rescue Palooza are better.
