I just unzipped and had Avast analyze the file for viruses (none found).

Start up MIM and then run this.

60FPS BABY! Confirmed in tutorial mode with fraps running!

I agree with most of what you said in your review but I'm gonna wait on a steam sale for this one. It's 1000 times better than out of the shadows though. People are losing their ever lovin' minds because it's not Arkham Turtles.

I'm glad that you pointed out that this game is designed as more than a pick up and play game. None of the game reviewers ever mentioned setting the game on hard mode. Instead they did a speed run on normal without realizing it. From what I have played this game has the best combat system out of any turtles game. Yes. That goes for Turtles In Time as well.

For one thing they all play completely differently. That's a first.

Still Refunded mine and won't buy the game unless they do a legit fix about it... They just straight up lied about the game having 60fps; And $40 is to expesive for a 3hrs game, and the game is obviously pretty much rushed in developement having a boring stages, the only good thing I like about it are the boss battles.

guys this really works. I just took the risk and tried it. You need to start the game first and then the unlocker and press fix and bam you've got 60fps. Thanks a lot to whoever did this and to the uploader ZombieRommel !!! There is also no virus, none whatsoever.

Jackfuste uploaded this trainer and deserves the credit.

If you google his name, you'll see he has been helping the PC community get around console port problems since like 2012. He's helped people get widescreen support, unlocked framerates, etc.

Okay so i downloaded and tried this program, first time opened and Avast deleted and moved it to the virus chest rightaway.
Here the virustotal if u wanna check:

After that i added the program to exclusion and ran it again, the prog loaded up an CE table i think, but it wont show us the detail, only "fix" button in the middle.

I clicked the "fix" button and it said "no value found", but in my TMNT which is running in tutorial mode, it's completely 60fps, smooth and sharp.

The next time i tried, when i open the "unlocker" that CE executed again and auto closed then the game has 60fps again, no more that "fix" button GUI.

I still running the game with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ glorious 60fps here and now, hope nothing will happen to my account :/

You sir are an prime idiot. If you can't see in the youtube video that it's running a pure 60 fps or even higher in the video then you have no place on steam. Go back to your console.

Everytime people can't see the difference between 30 fps and 60 fps i lose hope in humanity.

It should be a pleb test tbh.

Just tried it myself and everything seems awesome. It even fixes frame rate issues with cut scenes. Now all we need is a splitscreen patch and the world will be perfect! Hey Guns and roses, you want to try to play online and see if it works?

Sure thing.
Played the game 1st time with 30fps struggling then move on to this smoothness is one of the best ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ enjoyable moment i've had.
Life is great again (⊃◜⌓◝⊂)

Now the only last thing i needed is keyboard configure-able, the Ctrl key is really dumb imo
