He probably still won't believe you/me. The video is actually 10 FPS with an overlay, Bigfoot is real, and the moon landings were faked.
Make sure Vsync isn't forced off in your GPU's control panel (Nvidia or AMD control panel).

It isn't there. We've tried. The guy who made this trainer most likely used it as a hex editor.
Tell you what, since everyone's so concerned about malware, there's an easy solution: Upload file to virustotal, post pics of result.
For what? This game isn't VAC enabled. Has no competitive PVP. Account hijacking? the only person worthy opf moderation here is you. For defemation of the OP without a shred of proof.
Several mods for Fallout and Skyrim use Cheat Engine.
It's fine. Had it installed for hours and no problems detected.
