Is there a way to unlock the FPS or Refund?

I preordered it back then and didn't know it is 30fps locked... so should I wait for an edit in the config file or there will be no way to get a higher FPS?

I didn't play the game yet so I might refund it.

Avast analyzed the file upon first run and didn't find anything wrong with it.

Guys don't download the trainer it's a keylogger. I've reported his post and just refunded the game till some makes a mod that unlocks 60fps for the game because even though I said it didn't matter yesterday it is noticeable in the game compared to a 60fps game.

I only run a 450 GT so most of my games run at 30-40FPS, so I don't notice anything wrong with this game.

Not that it would matter since I got the game from Humble Bundle and while they've given me a refund on a 7 dollar title before, it was on one of their uber cheap titles. Besides, the game isn't broken, its just capped at 30FPS and that isn't on Humble and I knew awhile ago that it would be capped at 30FPS.

There is a way to unlock the 60fps, just download a hex editor and do this steps.

Open TMNT_MiM.exe with a hex editor.
Find the hex values FF 50 18 85 C0 75 09
Replace with FF 50 18 85 C0 75 00
Find the hex values 76 1D C7 05
Replace with EB 1D C7 05
Save the file.

Its just work really well, tested with fraps.

so much crying over FPS....sure its annoying that they locked it to 30 for PC but at the same time the game is just as fun on 30 FPS if thats the only thing stopping you from playing the game then by all means get a refund and play something else.

it's says it's 60 on fraps,but it doesn't feel it's real 60FPS.

This method works for the scene release version not Steam's.
