game crashes on startup screen - mac

Hello, everytime I try to play the game the screen appears, the music starts.. I can kinda see the startup screen flashing but the game window makes an error sound as it bumps down to the bottom of the screen. When it reaches the bottom of the screen it crashes. I disabled overlay.. not sure what else to do

Hi There, What was the resolve for the mac problem. I have a start up issue as well. just get a black screen and then kicks out. Can you please assit me to rectify.

I got my refund before before the response... so respond to the previous message asking about your device and resolution... hopefully you will get a response. I would still love to play this game.
