bug zapper level bugged

i bought the game recently to play it on my computer and i reached a level called "bug zapper. The objective of the level is to protect the ship from plane attacks and wait for the ship to reach to 3 objectives and destroy them. before it reached the 3rd objective my ship that im protecting stops moving and i cant progress anymore since the ship is the only that destroys the last objective. Any idea how to fix it or it is a recent bug in the game that is not fixed ?

in order to fix this you need to cap the Game's frame rate, I am not sure how to do thhaat so you are gonna have to find out
In order for the game to be playable you HAVE to cap the frame rate, otherwise most of the game is locked.
