Dynomite Deluxe Will NOT Play In Fullscreen

The games runs perfectly fine but it won't let me play it in full screen and instead stays windowed.

have you tried hitting alt+enter at the same time? lets me go in and out of windowed mode.

I am having the same issue. Worked fine on my windows 10 machine but something about the graphics drivers on my new machine makes it resist being fullscreen no matter what I try
