Update X is LIVE

The long awaited content update for ClusterPuck 99 is now live with lots of great surprises!

We’re calling this the X update because it brings all the features from the console version to PC. Additionally, we’ve put something secret into the game for players to uncover but more about that below.

X Update Change list:

• Arena Creator - Build, test and save your own custom levels.
  
• 2 brand new maps - Crop Circles and Controllers
  
• Redesigned and refined levels - Tweaks, refinement and balance to existing levels.
  
• Updated level art and UI
  
• New Achievement - "Patience is a Virtue"
  
• Cloud Saving
  
• Windows 10 compatibility fixes
  
• Windows 10 controller fixes (Xbox One and 360)
  
• Added Steam Controller support
  
• Various bug fixes
  
• Secret Puck Puzzle

Ok, now for more information about the Puck Puzzle.

Included in this update is a secret, with clues buried within the game. If you manage to solve the clues and crack the puzzle, a message will appear, and an achievement will unlock.

The first person that uncovers the secret and sends us a picture or screenshot of the message, along with their Steam username, via Twitter wins a $50 Steam Gift Card.

Rules for winning:

• You must be following us on Twitter (@phlcollective).
  
• When sending the picture or screenshot make sure to use the hashtag #PuckPuzzle
  
• Make sure to include your Steam username in the tweet
  
• The winner will be announced on our Twitter page, as well as on the Clusterpuck 99 Steam page

I noticed if you pause the game in challenge mode and hten go to options and then controls the controls screen will not dismiss. It stays over the level.

We fixed the controls screen issue with a patch that was pushed out today.

First time playing and found it to be fun.
Using an xbox 360 usb controller but the ai speed and my movment do
not match, ai is 2x as fast, left stick is pushed as far as it can go.

"added support for steam controller" - and now the wireless 360 don't work anymore on my steam machine!? Yesterday (before the last update) it worked perfectly.
... the steam controller don't work either.
It is obviously not from interest for the developers... nothing happens, nothing has changed.
SteamOS seems to be a big mystery for several programmers regarding the controller problems, somehow it is funny. I do not expect nothing anymore...

Profiles no longer saved, and arenas can't be saved either. I reinstalled to fix this once, all my profiles came back, but now it has reverted back to no profiles and arenas can't be saved. To be more specific you can create arena but, when you try to save, the save message keeps spinning forever. You can then play the created arena, until you quit the game. Then they are gone.

EDIT: Ah! If i launch the game from steam saving works. If I launch with direct shortcut then saving doesn't work.

Hmm I always launch form steam but had profiles disappear once and the map I had made. Then reloaded and they were both back. Opened game again later and.. profiles there but arena gone.
