Any official word on the getting disconnected issue ?

As the title states, ive searched around the forums and see many having this issue. I would like to dedicate some time to the game but for me as of right now it pointless to play for 5 minutes get knocked out of the server, have to restart and repeat.

Connection wise I know this is not an issue on my end, Ping test score is A+, 0 packet loss ect..

Same problem, get disconnect, and when i try to join us or eu server i become only disconnted as answer from the system.

Devs should at least keep servers running, nice try though, but not enough...for 3 hours of gaming i got 14 discos and now servers are down.Pretty bad advertizing even if dev group is small.

They just posted a notice that they are doing some updates to the servers. its early alpha guys, we gotta give them slack because if they really wanted they could only allow paid members to play while they work out bugs, we are here to stress test servers, find and point out issues in the game to help them get it ready for beta release as new things are added. It can be frustrating specially if you just start, just know that in a games early stages things can be really buggy if not completely broken. This game holds lots of potental if you give it a chance and time.

IMO this game is working out to be better then Rust.

Unexpected disconnects modtle happen due to server reboots to install patches. An update is coming tomorrow that will add s messagebox explaining disconnect reasons.

IMO this game is working out to be better then Rust.

Glad to see they posted a notice, I completly get the point of EA, Just look in my library I have a ton of EA titles, lol.. But issues such as getting disconnected from the server every 5 minutes is something that should be passed to the devs, From the little bit ive been able to play I see alot of potential and really want to get into the game which is just why I wanted to see if it has been addressed which im glad a Dev did drop by..

I will say this does seem to be better than Rust just cant agree completly with the present issue, I have faith it will get sorted and thanks again Deadwire for the reply !! Best of luck guys..

that's honest, but we really try to fix major issues right now that are necessary to provide stability. we're very sorry that you have to suffer from our current attempts to fix and test some things so often, but we promise to resolve this asap. we really appreciate that you still support the game and try to play in such conditions. but we promise the good times will come.

I hear ya bud, But I am very happy to say since I replied no disconnect issues for the past 20 mins :) Game is running and looking great on Ultra, Keep it up guys and thanks for the information !!!

uh i got something more worse than disconnect. i play this game like 10 seconds, and suddenly all of the players just GONE, VANISHED. my friends got no problems, but me i got many problems. should i re-download it again?, or this is DEV bug?
