Requires 3rd-Party Account: PlayStation Network (Supports Linking to Steam Account)
Why do they keep doing this? Correct me if I'm wrong but this is pretty much universally hated.

Why is this even a requirement? It's a single player game.

They do it so they can show investors how they keep getting new users yearly. It's really stupid but these companies just think about numbers
This game was revealed in the last generation and looks like a mash up of FF15 and DMC. I'm still interested obviously and I'm glad it's coming to Steam on release but it feels like Sony is trying to have you use their network for everything so you stay in their ecosystem and they can slowly kill off physical copies. This is getting dumb.

most likely to share achievements and level up the account you create on PSN, its not really a bad thing to make an account, many other games require you to make an account even if you buy it on steam, like Path of Exile 2.

Mandatory online login for singleplayer games is completely ridiculous. Good thing that Steam has an ignore button.

There's a NoPSSDK mod that bypasses PSN login that's working for both Until Dawn Remake and God of War Ragnarok.

Only need to install once and run it the first time, once it's blocked you can removed the mod and it will still continue bypass the PSN login screen.

Hopefully it will be compatible with this game. It just sucks how we have to rely on modders on this.

Now I fear, Stellar Blade PC will be the same.

Stupid Sony clowns.

Why is it ok for Ubisoft, EA Rockstar, Blizzard and Microsoft to do this then?

Why can't people stop the anti sony bias and actually get to the root of the issue by complaining about the companies that have done this for years!?

Oh you're totally right, this practice is in no way exclusive to Sony. I think it's annoying across the board honestly.

Well, its seem I'm gonna play it through a 3rd party method

Anti sony bias?

Do you even know that sony is the only one blocking a sony published game on pc if psn isn't available on their country.

Whether you have a psn or not, if your region doesn't have official psn, then the game won't be available to you anyway.

There's no bias here, sony is just sht

The solution for delisted countries, You have 3 options Sony...
1) make a global account for them
2) let them use USA account instead
3) let them use their nearby region account.

What are you kidding me? I thought this was a joke, but if this is real, this is the quickest unwishlisted I've ever done. Sony Kills Japan Studio, then proceeds buying every Japanese third-party IP they can get their grubby hands on and then proceeds to kill any chance of success that IP has by running them into the ground. It's business suicide to rely on this corporate monopoly. 🤮

What a shame. Sony is just hurting these small developers in the end. There is no way I will support this clear as day anti-consumer practice.
