Angierach - Where's the Lich key ?

I've killed everything in Angierach, but can't get to the supposed secret passage behind the lich where there's the key to the room containing the Crystal Soul.

Also I'm blocked at the 3rd gate going to the Portal (2nd gate being the doomguards), there's a kind of maze where i get teleported repeatedly back. Did I miss something ? They say something about finding the way in the Portal Fortress but where is it ?

Please minimum spoil, just tell me what I missed. Thank you.

1. Lich Key is beyond Midori's room.The room is eastsouth. Find the hidden brick in the wall to the south in Midori's room
2. You can get out of Angierach using the west lever. Pull the lever and walk through the new generated passage to the west.
(I don't get it what you mean about portal and portal fortress.)
