Patrick's quest

I can't figure out where to get more knowledge for Patrick's third item in his quest. I found the one vahnatai camped out that taught me about vahnatai history haven't been able to find anyone else and Patrick says I need to find out more.

You can also pay Oth-Ihrno 300 coins in Egli to gain 1 Vahnatai Lore. I was able to complete the quest with 2 VL after paying him and the lone vahnatai you mentioned.
