A remaster of these, with the same Tomb Raider remastered treatment, would be amazing and so much better than these remakes.
Can some of you listen to this and tell me if this is how the remake's soundtrack should've sounded like?

I played HotD 2 in arcades near me for years every now and then.
I was extremely excited for this but everything just feels wrong.
Even if I ignore the artstyle/graphics which just completely miss the mark of what the OG game was going for, the gameplay here is just completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Enemies die too fast to an almost embarrassing degree (and I played on the hardest difficulty just to see if it's better there.. nope). The ragdolls are just bad and completely ridiculous. The Voice Acting just feels bland now which is just bad for old fans and new players alike. The first level boss had a few mechanical changes which make it too easy and just kinda boring.
I could go on and into every little detail about things I noticed that are worse here or aren't working like they would've in the original but to sum it all up: This feels like a Remake from someone who wasn't a fan of the OG game in the first place which kinda just makes me sad.
