Can't record it using Fraps or Dxtory

Hi guys, I was wondering why can't I record my Playthrough using both os these programs?
I could use CamStudio (full screen recording) though. I did a quick search in youtube for any playthrough, but none was found, except for a very short one about the stealth part. Maybe these programs could not detect the game itself?
Also I can't open "steam menu" (shift+tab) in game, and I guess that I can't broadcast either.

try to record it in active screen i record it with action and upload it on youtube

I find Fraps is unable to record a lot of programs out there. How about Bandicam? That works with just about anything since it is a direct screen capture :).

No worries SsTinN! Yeah, I find Bandicam works for everything, because it records your screen directly :).
