We are sorry you are experiencing problems running the game on your machine. To our knowledge the game runs as intended on Windows 10. Could you send us your system specs so we might better identify and address what could be causing this issue? Info such as what is shown in the 'System' and 'Display' tabs when running dxdiag on your system may be helpful, and anything else you think might be relevant to include.
Also its completely new processor family since 2017

Today I bought the 18 Wheels of Steel: Pedal to the Metal PC game via Steam.
After downloading the game, installing it, I can't start the game. After selecting the new game option, a problem occurs, the game stops loading and the system throws out the following:
prism3d.exe
If you close the program, you might lose information.
-Close the program
- Wait for the program to respond
I am asking you for a solution to this problem
