You can't do that. You can only buy a pak on a character on a steam account.

Hello. All unique costumes have the same set bonuses.

Set bonus
3 parts: Health Points +360 and Critical Damage Chance +7.2;
4 parts: Attack Power +12% in addition to the effect of 3 parts.
