Where does the game's story take place?
Aside from the apartment some thing isn't just thrown out the window. Like area or something.

It takes place somewhere around in Quebec, Province of Canada, could be in Montreal. At least that is what get from talking with the people in the basement and one interaction with Morton once he's recruited.

There is also an easy to miss conversation reference of the St Lawrence River
