This item can be purchased with 10 friendship points in the shop of one of the sewer bugs (one of the ones sucking blood from the central monster tentacles).

This item gives us life regeneration, but if we remove it, it will leave us with one health left.

How to perform the exploit? It's very easy. When we have defeated a character, we equip and unequip it. The character will go from being dead to having one health left, which will save you a first aid kit.
