Yeah the denial ending is probably the one that has the least destruction and loss of life followed by the 15 day ending where the larger creatures become leaders and start rebuilding the world.
The worst ending is the truth ending as Sam becomes a monster in the visitors image that is driven by survival and instinct and pretty the entire world is destroyed.
There is no good outcome with Xin-Amon. Beat it, it and it just assimilates the world with chasms of teeth and eyes and should get beat by it and it will become the god rat with your face wielded to it until the end of time.
