No going back
Basically, the best ending for Sam considering the others, Sam stay as a human, but the world has change, there are enormous creatures and the humans that change but still having conscience their integration to society is a challenge


Perfect ritual (denial)
Sam after talking to the visitor. . When he drift back down to earth his body begging to change, but if being in earth and being exposed to the visitor makes you a monster, what happens when you are literally in front of it? Well the answer is what Sam become, his body change into a large creature, with thousands of “arms” with enormous fingers that have little creatures that even have eyes and mouth . . But after all that, ur body keep getting bigger and bigger. . Now Sam has fully cover the earth with his whole body but he’s happy at least

Perfect ritual (Truth)
Basically the same thing that the other with the difference that u chose to see how big is the visitor. . That makes your brain cells implode, so when u go back to earth, the creature that u become is the same but it has no mind now, only like a predator surviving, and eating

Screaming sky
Basically Sam runs away when the astronomers became the angelic abomination. . So it begins to kill all the humanity, in the course of 15 days the 90% of the humanity is gone, probably here Sam became a monster just for days after die,
This one for me is the most tragic for the humanity, I mean know that the perfect ritual (truth) is almost the same but this one was like more “quickly” and devastating

Flawed ritual
Same after defeating the 3 astronomers, when he go back to home. . He go to the bathroom where he begins his change, even if he tries to refuse it, it happen, but in this ending idk if Sam keep his mind or not, because his determination even could make his change go more slower than the normal but basically his fate, was being a monster


Eternal fate
One of the most horribles fates for Sam
After he was defeated by the mutated Guinea pig, his body merges with the Guinea pig that begin to get bigger and bigger until being one of the big creatures, but the people that he kills or maybe have contact with the body of the creature merges to him, so the creature has a lot of faces on the skin, faces of people that still alive, I don’t know if being merge with it is painful, but for Sam, he scream, he screams because he know, he will never die, and he’ll be merge to the creature forever


XIN-AMON
After Sam defeated the Guinea pig, a tendril of flesh wraps around his arm, and makes his arm change into a tumor thing with mouth. . Which bites Sam face. . After that the only thing that we know was that he used to hear a lot of screaming, but now, not . . He feels lonely, because he became again, a creature that covers the whole earth and seems that the whole humanity was wiped out


Failed ritual
Sam become a living fractal
His head splits and his limbs bifurcate and stretch in every direction, even your mind splits into something beyond the human understanding


Fools errand
The visitor took Sam instead of Sybil
now Sam go across the cold universe without breath to telling the visitor. . It grabbed the wrong Sybil

The truth ending explains why everyone who looked at it became insane monsters.

Because the Visitor is so grand, magnificent, powerful and unfathomable, that it causes your body to crumble and your mind to implode.

If they Visitor had kits described itself to Sane, you know, in a way a human could have understood, I doubt he would have lost his mind.

Personaly i think the Perfect ritual (denial) ending is the best ending, but No going back is also very close. All the other endings are just horrible endings for sam and the rest of humanity. Everything else is pure doomsday tier especially Xin Amon

Yeah the denial ending is probably the one that has the least destruction and loss of life followed by the 15 day ending where the larger creatures become leaders and start rebuilding the world.

The worst ending is the truth ending as Sam becomes a monster in the visitors image that is driven by survival and instinct and pretty the entire world is destroyed.

There is no good outcome with Xin-Amon. Beat it, it and it just assimilates the world with chasms of teeth and eyes and should get beat by it and it will become the god rat with your face wielded to it until the end of time.
