xaria's abilities??

can anyone give me a breakdown? some of them are clear in description. others like the gut punch, and berate, are unclear. i try to pay attention to the text during battle but it speeds by way too fast to read. and all im left with is a damaged party member with panic, no buff seen.

i dont even mind if some of her abilities are jokes and do nothing but hurt you. i think it kinda fits in with her character and the game

Pretty much never used any of her abilities besides "the mosh pit", when she gives double turns to whole party for a price of going berserk. That's all there is to her.
