Possible Scrapped Rat Enemies?

So i went digging in the files a bit (i completed the game btw) and i wanted to check out the Rats's sprites, thats when i discovered there was a "Throat Rat" and a "Tongue Rat" enemy. I wanted to know if these 2 guys ever made it to the game or if they got scrapped. and if they're in the game, where can i find them?

I'm still trying to figure out what the rat tails are for. I wanna know if there's something you can do to save the rat baby AND your arm.

Go right in the narrow vertical room with the letter on Floor 1.
