I am having so much trouble finding this.. I read in other guides that it's in a tank hole that pops up to the right of the map, but...which part? the battlefield? right when you walk into the landlords apartment? I have been running around this place for over an hour and still can't find it. Any slightly more specific location info? I appreciate anyone's help.

It is in the central part of the Henderson's apartment in its final form. The one that consists of the tunnels roamed by a tank boss. Eastern part, to be specific.
