Safe to sell?

Is it safe to assume that I can sell anything with the little treasure icon with no repercussions?

I believe so. I've yet to run across anything with a treasure icon that I needed. Key Items should be Key Items - treasure should be just sellable.

Those are considered treasure items. Very few items have utility such as "Grandma's Ashes" which can blind all enemies when used in combat.

It is possible Frankie will provide more use to these items later down the road. But for now, treasure items can be sold with no repercussion.
