Some questions!
I only know bits and pieces about this game from watching a bit.

1 - Can you grind as much as you want? Say to trivialize all combat encounters? Max level all party members?

2 - When it comes to things like soap, food, ammo, medical supplies, can you run out / are they finite?

3 - Is this like Lisa: The Painful in that there are some encounters you -aren't- meant to win?

4- I saw a "Days until X happens" Is that game over? Forcing you to finish?

Thanks in advance. I'm going to buy this game anyway. But this info will likely make me purchase it faster. :eaglegag:

1) Pretty sure just about everything doesn't respawn when killed but there's some ghosts that might be farmable though there's no point to grinding them if it is possible. Gear usually trivializes encounters more than levels. I'm not sure if there is a max level (I had Sam at level 18 in one run).

2) Yes, but there's random door merchants that can let you buy more in addition to set merchants and plenty of stuff to find around the building.

3) No. The most that can be said is there's an early difficult encounter that if you skip you lose access to an optional character.

4) You have a 15 day time limit, at which point you'll get an ending, not a game over.

There are a fixed number of encounters so grinding isn't really an option. Combat effectiveness is more about effective application of resources than character stats. You can get pretty strong by the end once you've stockpiled munitions.

Resources are finite but not terribly limited either. Resources in the environment don't respawn but the static shops restock every day along with traders who randomly visit your home. So money is your biggest limiting factor for resource-able items.

There aren't any totally unwinnable situations that I'm aware of. There are some encounters you may not be equipped to handle when you can 1st run into them. There is a non-repeatable encounter fairly early in the game that rewards with a party member if you square up and beat it.

There is an ending for waiting out the 15 days. In game days are very long unless you skip time so hitting the "you waited it out" ending by accident is pretty unlikely.
