The manuscript. Once you get elevator access go to the second floor and search the rooms . There’s a mutated typewriter, kill it. Pick up the manuscript (warning there are multiple ones, so make a save before making the offerings as you can give an incorrect one)

You are supposed to get manuscript from the enemy in that apartment (not clean or crumpled) and then go to the bottom right room with the typewriter and use it to finish the manuscript

I dont know if its bugged but I got the Loose Manuscript from the enemy, went into the room and Added it to the typewriter's half manuscript, but then nothing happens? Like It just lets me keep interacting with the Typewriter in the same way, letting me add the manuscript forever :S

Use the manuscript from your inventory in key items. If it says the manuscript is complete then it's good to give as an offering.

You might have missed one room in that apartment, happened to me several times, too! I lost a lot of time finding the last Frederic, because I somehow completely overlooked that one room with the light Frederic who can heal you.

Shouldn't you just use the incomplete manuscript with the typewriter in other room in the apartment where you fought Typewrither?
If its correct, then on interaction with it from inventory it should say that you shouldn't read any further, something akin to that.
