Reason For Multiple Save Files?

What is the purpose of having so many save slots when you can't manually load any of them? My only options are "New Game" which, of course, starts a new game and "Continue" which automatically selects the most recent save, making multiple slots pointless.


Edit: Closing and reopening the game solved this. I don't know why it didn't work before, but the last time I tried loading was the first time I'd closed the game at all after starting it so maybe it was a one-time glitch?

You can definitely manually load different save files in the Normal Difficulty level. Just go to "Continue" and scroll though them.

Dang, I guess just not in "easy mode" for some reason.

Never mind. It just didn't want to work that time, I guess. Or maybe I'd somehow accidentally double-clicked so fast it didn't look like I had options.
