Hellride

I can REACH this fight easily. None of the other fights in this area are dangerous, but I keep losing to Hellride itself because I cannot deal enough damage. I am using powerful weapons it's weak to, all my damage items, etc, but it isn't enough. Does this boss need a nerf or is am I missing something? Currently just feels like luck to be honest. Lie "oh my aoe weapon broke guess I'll die"

Explosives can help, especially for the wheel/wiper/mirror part. Acid flasks do heavy damage to one target and lower their defense. The shotgun on floor 1 can dish out heavy damage with double point blank shot and using aimed shot with a rifle also helps.

Given how I just went into this fight spamming shuriekens a powerful consumable item it is WEAK TO I may add and STILL lost I think imma just not do it.

This fight is borderline impossible with only 2 party members.

shurikens will deal 90 damage during the 3 enemy part. try getting the chest piece from the tapes that gives you a 50% chance to go twice with a party member

Where do you find the Helleide. I explored the each floor pretty thoroughly on my first play through but never ran into it

It's in the parking garage
When you enter and after you start heading back up, instead of continuing to the left you go to the right. It'll be where the flamethrower is, eager and willing to drag you to hell.

Basement parking garage top right. When you exit the elevator go up then right.

Read what he said, you asked if you're missing something, so accept that you are. Unless u just wanted to say "my strat doesnt work so this boss is broken" in which case u should just say that. I know im a month late to this post, but i just fought that boss today for the first time and had no problem with it. Among other things, i did use explosives. Having a 2 man party is also making it difficult for you.

i just ran into this thing for the first time and killed it on the first try. i think i was 1 round from losing though. i also had a full party. i don't see how 2 party members could ever kill it fast enough o.o

You'd probably need both to have coat of arms, and be spamming explosives/acid flasks, or shotgun blasts. Or just have the janitor with max hp bear hug the thing to death one/two piece at a time

I beat it in one try with acid flasks and grenades the wipers are weak to slashing

acid flasks/explosives are key. + multi hit/random hit specials. but basically.. any aoe to clear each phase in time
