Should I not deliver the Love Letter?

Weird, I'm not sure if the quest is bugged, but only the head took over the shopkeeper. He mentioned that his other parts are around the building, but after that nothing happened.

He says one part found a friend in the mens room, but the locked stall is still locked, so maybe next day. the other part is "in the ducts and laying eggs" so who knows what horrible thing will come out of it.

You can follow the other parts, but just the head got an outcome you can see. The leg will jump into the toilet and get flushed, the hand will enter a small room with vents, you can check the vents but nothing happens.
